Scala Playhouse has recently overhauled its website and to celebrate the launch of the freshly designed site it gave out Apple iPads to customers. The firm emailed all its customers and invited them to reactivate their password and to place an order on the new site. Those who did so were entered into a raffle to win an iPad and winners included Elza from Grand Bazar in Amsterdam and Joan Codina from Saint Sual in Madrid.
Scala says that with this website the firm has made an important step towards greater customer focus and service orientation.
