Doc Johnson has appointed Scott Watkins as its new vice president of sales. Watkins joins the Doc Johnson team after notching up nearly a decade of experience elsewhere in the adult industry.
Doc Johnson chief operating officer Chad Braverman commented: “Scott brings a powerful combination of experience, skill, and drive to the table. We created this position in order to bring him aboard and facilitate the best use of his considerable talents. Together, we will build a greater focus on identifying and creating strategic opportunities for our customers, as well as intensifying our push into overseas markets. We’re all very excited to have Scott on our team.”
Watkins previously held the position of vice president of sales at Trigg Laboratories, makers of the Wet brand of lubricant. Prior to this he was director of sales and marketing at infomercial specialists Ronco Inventions, director of business development at Worldlink Media, and account executive at web firm Excite@Home.

While my years at Trigg Laboratories was very fulfilling, the experience of working alongside industry veteran Michael Trigg primed me for the leadership responsibilities of my new position as vice president of sales at Doc Johnson. My plan is to work closely with the existing team of extraordinary sales and marketing executives to fully maximise existing revenue verticals, as well as finding new avenues for sales growth to further drive our success. I look forward to developing tools and strategies to insure and support objectives-focused customer service at every level.”
