The fifth annual ETO Adult Industry Awards will once again take place on the evening of the first day of the ETO Show, on July 5th, where the awards will be presented in association with Net 1on1 at a Summer BBQ at the brand new Forum bar, just a short walk from the NEC, Birmingham, where the ETO Show takes place.
In keeping with the times, the Awards Evening will be a less formal occasion than in previous years, and at just £25 (+VAT) a ticket it costs significantly less to attend. The price includes food and a welcome drink and the more inclusive nature of the event could see it being one of the most enjoyable awards nights we’ve hosted.
Over 50 companies are represented in 2009’s 18 award categories. As expected, many of the biggest names in the industry have been nominated, some in more than one category, but there are also a number of firms making their very first appearance on the shortlists, which is the sign of a continually evolving industry. The winners have all been chosen by ETO readers, through online voting at www.erotictradeonly.com
The awards are grouped into the following categories: Products, Brands, Distributors, Retail and People, and a special award has been introduced this year to recognise Innovation in Adult. As in previous years, none of the nominees will know in advance whether they have actually won until the envelope is opened on stage and their name is announced.
Around 250 industry professionals are expected to attend this year’s Awards Evening and it’s not too late for you to join us. A limited number of tickets are still available – just visit the Organisers Office at the ETO Show on the Sunday it you would like to buy tickets, though please note that only cash can be accepted on site.
