System Jo has declared its first Virtual Training Week a success and it has already scheduled the next one for October 19th – 23rd. The company said that with travelling to customers now difficult, it wanted to ensure it could still provide an ‘on the road’ form of support and service.
System Jo’s Matthew Wright therefore introduced an Online Virtual Training Week, which gave all customers who wanted training – or just a general catch up – the opportunity to spend up to an hour and a half with him.
“We not only wanted to cover product training, but wanted to ensure this was a fun and enjoyable experience for all customers who participated, talking about future programmes and promotions, new launches, in-store displays and how we can support them during these current trying times,” said Matthew. “Fortunately, it was a great success. I was able to meet people in the industry who I haven’t had the chance to speak with and also to build on those relationships with our current customer base. What was so special was we went through our product line and also were able to give customers time for Q&A and go through selling tips if needed. Every customer who participated also received a free Jo Goody Bag of products which they can try at their convenience.”
Lovehoney global category manager Lauren Dobson was quoted as saying: “I found the System Jo training extremely helpful, it not only highlighted products that I wasn’t aware of but also explained the uses and development processes behind the bestselling lines. I feel like it has now allowed me to ensure that we are stocking a full and varying range of System Jo products at Lovehoney”
