US trade publication XBIZ has announced the nominations for its forthcoming Europa Awards, which will be presented on Saturday, August the 20th in Berlin. There are 50 awards in total, in four categories: Movies & Production, Web & Technology, Pleasure Products, and Retail & Distribution.
Among the UK names nominated in the Pleasure Products awards are Doxy, E-Stim Systems, ElectraStim, Hot Octopuss, Je Joue, John Thomas Toys, JOMO, Love Not War, Lovehoney, Net 1on1, Nexus, Prowler, Roam, Rocks-Off, and Rouge Garments.
Joining them in the Retail & Distribution category are fellow Brits ABS Holdings, Ann Summers, Coco De Mere, Eve Amour, Harmony, Luke & Jack, Sh! Women’s Erotic Emporium, and Simply Pleasure.
