Satisfyer has announced in a statement that it has won a victory against Novoluto GmbH (Womanizer)/Orion Versand GmbH with regard to a press release from the latter.
The statement reads: “By order of April 4, 2018, the district court of Hamburg has prohibited the press release of Novoluto GmbH/Orion Versand GmbH and especially the following points: the judgment of the district court of Duesseldorf of 14 December 2017 refers on the old model of the ‘Satisfyer Pro 2’. Therefore, Novoluto/Orion must point out that the judgment is NOT against the new and by own patents protected successor model ‘Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Generation’. The resolution is not yet final and objection can be filed against this.”
