Lovehoney has appointed former SSL International man Jim Primrose as its new general sales manager. He joins up with former colleague Ray Hayes, who is Lovehoney’s commercial director. Hayes and Primrose worked together at SSL International on brands such as Durex, prior to Reckitt Benckiser’s acquisition of the company in 2010.
Jim Primrose’s background also includes stints at Bioforce UK, where he was pharmacy channel manager, and Mizuno, where he was national account manager. He will be responsible for business both in the UK and across Europe.
The company stated that its continuing success has resulted in employee numbers rising from 50 to 110 in the past 18 months.
