The firm has announced that all Purchase Orders need to be sent by Monday 13th December to be processed in time for Christmas, and all collections for Christmas and New Year’s orders (for Purchase Orders made no later than the 13th December) must be made before Monday 20th December. Any Purchase Orders received after 13th December will be processed on Tuesday 4th January 2022.
“With shipping delays continuing to disrupt all industries – and an upcoming new price list with increases set for January 2022 – customers are highly recommended to top up stock beforehand, particularly with Christmas and Valentine’s Day in mind,” said Lovehoney.
The Lovehoney B2B office will be closed between Monday 27th December 2021 and Monday 3rd January 2022, and the [email protected] email will not be monitored during that period.
