US trade magazine Xbiz staged its Executive Awards dinner on January 14th at the Andaz Hotel in West Hollywood, and there were double celebrations at CalExotics and Fun Factory. Susan Colvin, CEO of CalExotics, was presented with the Woman of the Year award from the Free Speech Coalition and Jackie White, executive vice president of CalExotics, received the Senior Leadership Award [both pictured above]. Fun Factory’s Kristen Tribby was named Marketing Executive of the Year and the company’s April Lampert was awarded WIA Woman of the Year. Other winners included Julie Stewart of Sportsheets (Businesswoman of the Year), Dean Elliott of Sliquid (Businessman of the Year), Mark Franks of Castle Megastore (Chief Executive of the Year), Brian Shubin of Fleshlight (Progressive Leadership Award), Briana Honz of Pipedream Products (Business Development Executive of the Year), Brian Dunham of Ohmibod (Tech Leadership Award), Sunny Rodgers of Doc Johnson (Community Figure of the Year), and Conde Aumann of The Screaming O (Brand Ambassador of the Year).
Susan Colvin of CalExotics said: “I am incredibly humbled to receive this award from the Free Speech Coalition. They are such a driving force in this industry; it is an honour to be recognised by them. I’d also like to congratulate Jackie; there is no one more worthy of the Senior Leadership Award. Congratulations, my friend.”
Julie Stewart of Sportsheets said: “I am so grateful to have such an amazing team at Sportsheets and an industry that supports our hard work. It might be my name on the trophy, but this award is for all our staff who make Sportsheets possible. Without them, we wouldn’t have experienced the level of success we have achieved today.”
