TVX targets US firms for SHAFTA sponsorship

Television X is seeking sponsorship for its annual SHAFTA awards bash. As well as contacting all UK and European brands, Television X has hired sponsorship and events manager Tom Frog to target the big players in the US market.

The firm states that the uptake has been really positive with sponsors already confirmed including Fleshlight, which will be bringing some of the Fleshlight girls to the SHAFTAs in March. Television X expects this affiliation with American brands and stars to increase interest from UK companies. Packages are bespoke for each sponsor, catering to the needs and budget of each company wishing to be involved. They include coverage in TV, print and online media as well as event branding and product placement opportunities.

“We were approached about sponsorship at the awards last March and have given ourselves plenty of time to get the right brands onboard ready for the 2012 ceremony,” said head of marketing for Television X, Claire Wigington. “The uptake has been really good. I am surprised at the level of interest and how far the SHAFTA brand has come. People all over the world have heard of the awards and are really keen to be involved.”

Television X says the 2012 awards will be bigger than ever, with celebrities joining adult industry producers and performers. Sponsors are being offered tickets as part of their package. The venue and theme is yet to be disclosed but contact Tom Frog for further details via [email protected]
