Scala’s biannual Trade Fair was held last month and the company has reported that it was the latest additions to its ToyJoy collection that grabbed most of the attention. Scala’s March Fair saw the brand grow further with new additions to the Deluxe section of the collection, as well as complementary new items for existing popular ranges such as Brutal Pink and the Love 2 Love novelties and games.
Scala’s Clive Gore said: “Although we now stock a variety of European sex toys, it is often the case that the new ToyJoy lines get the most attention. At this fair it is the Icon series and ‘flower’ vibes that have been the most highly acclaimed, although the Funky Viberette has also proved a strong seller.”
He continued: “On top of the expansions to, and groupings of, existing ToyJoy ranges, this fair has also seen the introduction of new exciting items from Playhouse Ultimate Lovetoys. Their trademark Black range has seen popular new releases in the form of a new Turn Me On and G-Licious Frosted Vibe. We have also seen an exciting debut of the ‘world’s first interactive vibrator’, The Clitzer.”
Gore added that it became apparent early on the first day that this was one of the busiest fairs for a long time, with extra trolleys having to be brought in from a central Amsterdam warehouse.
