Alterego Lingerie has announced that it has been appointed distributor for the UK and Ireland by lingerie brand YesX. Alterego says the brand has been courting it for some time and both parties are delighted with the new arrangement.
Alterego MD Diane Gordon-Freeman said: “We recently reviewed our suppliers and made a few changes, one of which was to take on YesX as a new supplier. They have impressed us with their quality, support, and general professionalism. The products are innovative, fresh and modern, and the packaging is brilliant. The products are packaged in cool branded satin bags that make them a great gift for that special occasion. I expect that the customer will store their garments in them indefinitely. The prices are very competitive and, as a brand, they sit well within our portfolio, and are complementary to our other brands, offering something a little different.”
Alterego has taken 175 different lines from YesX, and are holding the stock in its Yorkshire-based HQ, ready for delivery to retailers and dropshippers.
“As with all of our stock, there are no minimum order quantities for YesX,” Diane continued. “We piloted the brand prior to Christmas, and the feedback from our retailers has been excellent. Everyone we tested it with has been really impressed – I think that this is a brand to watch.”
