With Black Friday now a permanent fixture in the calendar, and an occasion which retailers cannot afford to ignore, The Kinksters have adopted a new approach for this year. Rather than slashing prices, the firm is tailoring its offer to individual customers.
“Although we have dabbled in Black Friday sales before through our retail channels, we’ve never fully wanted to support them – it’s been more a case of having to have a Black Friday sale rather than wanting to,” explained The Kinksters director Danny Miller. “But this year we have decided to offer customers Black Friday deals and also help them to avoid the stress, disappointment, and worry of not getting what they want.”
He continued: “This year, we are offering customers a revolutionary new way to shop Black Friday deals that are targeted specifically towards them and not on products that we are trying to clear out. We’re bringing customers deals on items they actually want and giving them the best possible savings we can offer.”
Customers are invited to contact the firm via its Black Friday portal with their order. The Kinksters will then look at the order and respond with the best possible deal it can offer. This might include a discount, free shipping, or adding extra products to the order free of charge.
“Our Black Friday sales format is designed to leave customers feeling happy, listened to, and cared for by our team,” added Miller. “They are saving money on something they already want to order, rather than putting impulse items into their baskets and then wondering why they bought them at a later date. Customers drive our business and without them, we couldn’t survive. We feel that it’s better to reward them in this way rather than trying to sell them something they may not necessarily want just because it’s at a lower price.”
