- Approval and Availability: All directory listings are subject to approval by the Publisher and availability of space.
- Payment: All advertising charges must be paid in advance prior to the directory listing being made live, unless otherwise agreed upon with the Publisher.
- Publisher’s Discretion: The Publisher reserves the right to omit or suspend any listing at any time without liability.
- Advertiser Responsibility: If omission or suspension is due to the Advertiser’s actions, full payment is still required, and the Advertiser will be notified promptly.
- Alterations: The Publisher may request alterations to the listing, and if deemed unacceptable by the Advertiser, cancellation is possible unless due to circumstances beyond the Publisher’s control.
- Liability: The Publisher is not liable for errors caused by third parties or inaccurate instructions.
- Limitation of Liability: The Publisher is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the directory listing.
- Compliance: The Advertiser warrants that the listing complies with all relevant laws and regulations and does not infringe on any rights, copyrights, or trademarks.
- Indemnification: The Advertiser will indemnify the Publisher against any claims arising from the directory listing.
- Price Revision: Listing rates may change, and the Advertiser may cancel or continue at the revised rates.
- Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be made in writing, and no refunds will be issued for unused months.
- Definitions: “Advertiser” refers to the principal advertiser or their agent, and “Directory Listing” refers to the online/digital entry. “Publisher” refers to All Purpose Media Limited.
- Governing Law: These conditions are governed by the Laws of England.
