Svakom scoops iF 2019 Design Award
Posted: February 19, 2019
Svakom’s Nymph was among the winners of this year’s iF Design Awards. The awards are organised annually by Hannover-based iF International Forum Design GmbH, which is said to be the world’s oldest independent design organization, and the winners are chosen by a 67-member jury made up of independent experts from all over the world. This year over 6,400 entries were submitted and the winners will be featured on the iF World Design Guide, in the iF Design App and be displayed at the iF Design Exhibition in Hamburg.
Svakom products are distributed in the UK by Net 1on1 and sales manager Sebastian Gonzalez said: “ “iF Design Awards have always been a fair and impartial design award organisation and have often been compared to the Oscars for Design. We are thrilled that Svakom have received this award and feel it is well deserved, amongst stiff competition.”
Svakom’s Nymph was launched in the latter part of 2018. It features a soft rounded head on one end and soft moving fingers on the other, which vibrate, circulate and stimulate erogenous areas. The soft and flexible rounded head offers five different vibrating modes with five levels of intensity, allowing G-spot stimulation as well as clitoral stimulation, while the other end is said to be great for foreplay and external massage.
“The Svakom brand has been growing from strength to strength and is rapidly becoming a favourite amongst customers seeking a high-end luxury brand, that represents good value for money, and carries a decent margin,” said Net 1on1 MD Tony Gonzalez. “The Svakom Nymph winning the iF Design award and Svakom Elva coming first in the coveted Good Housekeeping Magazine’s annual Tried and Tested vibrator review demonstrates that not only is Svakom capable of making products that are innovative in design but they are also loved by the end user.”
