Subscription box specialists SheSpot unveils new online store plus accreditation programme

UK sexual wellness subscription box SheSpot has announced the launch of its brand new online store, which the company says will be the first of its kind in the women’s sexual wellness space.

This latest initiative follows hot on the heels of SheSpot’s Zoella subscription box collaboration, and the online store represents a new development in SheSpot’s journey.

Best friends and Founders Kalila and Holly [pictured] started SheSpot in 2021 to create a destination where shopping for sexual wellness as a woman feels as enjoyable and accessible as buying any other beauty and wellness product. With the launch of their new store, they aim to make that experience a reality.

The online store will feature a curated range of pleasure, intimate wellbeing and moodsetting products for women from market leading brands including Maude, Je Joue and Vush as well as female-founded rising star brands like The Oh Collective, FEWE and Luna Daily.

To help customers shop with confidence, the store will also launch the UK’s first sexual wellness accreditation programme: ‘SheSpot Approved’, which will ensure that all products sold on the new store are thoroughly researched and meet the highest standards of safety and quality.

SheSpot believes the need for accreditation is especially important in a world where misinformation is so prevalent, particularly in some of the viral social media posts promoting sex products made from unsafe materials.

To empower their community to make informed, educated investments into their sexual wellness, SheSpot’s accreditation will assess all brands against three core criteria: safety, specification, and soul (think sustainable, sex positive brands with social impact). SheSpot’s written product assessments are available to all customers who visit the store.
