New launches to star at Scala fair

Scala Playhouse has appointed Berry Koldewijn as its new director of wholesale, where he will work alongside Beate Uhse CEO Serge van der Hooft. Koldewijn has been working for Beate Uhse for eight years. He was previously responsible for the retail part of the group, where he achieved great success. Now he has joined Scala Playhouse, the wholesale arm of the company, his expertise in sales, retail and merchandising is expected to be a great asset to the firm.

“My main focus will be on the professionalisation and the international expansion of Scala Playhouse,” said Berry Koldewijn. “Because of my extensive experience in retail I know how to communicate with entrepreneurs but I am also aware of the needs of their customers.
