Scala declares May event “a big success”

    Scala has announced that its first ‘In-house Experience Event’ was such a success that it will be staging another from September 3rd-5th which will be open to all its customers. The event was held on Monday 28th May at its premises in Wijchen, The Netherlands, and guests were given the opportunity to tour the new Experience Centre and attend product training sessions provided by CalExotics, ToyJoy, and Kama Sutra.

    “Scala is constantly looking for new, exciting ways to engage with our customers,” the distributor said, “and the concept for the Scala In-house Experience Event came from this ambition, plus our desire to inform, exchange knowledge and connect face-to-face in an informal setting.”

    Guests were divided into groups of six and were given a tour of the Experience Centre, a walk-through of the warehouse – including a demonstration on how orders are processed and prepared for shipment – and the three workshops where brand representatives shared tips and tricks, marketing advice, and showcased their company’s latest releases. A buffet lunch was provided, plus cold beers and savoury snacks at the end of the day.

    Spaces on the next In-house Experience Event in September will be limited so guests will be required to pre-register to guarantee a slot. More details will be provided closer to the time.
