Rocks-Off has announced that it has expanded its existing six-month consumer guarantee to 12 months. The new improved terms apply to all purchases, from a retailer or direct from Rocks-Off, as long as the consumer activates the guarantee on the Rocks-Off website. In addition, the new policy will also be open to existing owners of Rocks-Off products whose date of purchase or delivery date of the product is within the last 12 months, whichever occurs later.

It’s important to us that our customers are confident when making that purchase, and while we hope that there is never cause for someone to use the warranty, it is there for peace of mind.”
