pjur raises prostate cancer awareness in Saudi

On 23 November, pjur took part in a Movember Men’s Health event drawing attention to early detection of prostate cancer. Around 150 VIP guests visited a private resort and were able to take part in a “Thor Hammer” competition, have caricatures drawn, visit the barber’s, listen to a saxophone artist and have a health check-up. There were also panel talks and keynote speeches.

pjur had two booths, focusing particularly on the brand’s Energizing Glide product, a water-based lubricant containing ginkgo and which has recently been launched in Saudi Arabia. Ginkgo has been used for centuries in Chinese medicine and is known for its circulation-promoting effects.

“Men’s health needs more visibility. That’s why it’s important to us to work with our local partner in Saudi Arabia to raise awareness of this issue and send a strong message,” said Alexander Giebel, CEO and founder of pjur.
