The first weekend of July saw huge crowds gather in Cologne to celebrate Christopher Street Day (CSD) – Germany’s version of the Pride Parades – and Pjur made the most of the occasion, distributing flyers with samples of its Back Door product. The flyers harked back to the 1980s, and featured naked trolls with colourful hair.
Tobias Ritter from Salesrocker Marketing, the company which partnered with Pjur and the PMS agency to develop the promotional campaign, said: “The atmosphere was amazing. People couldn’t get enough of the flyers, and with such a brilliant design I’m sure the cards will be decorating countless bathrooms for some time to come.”
