The November issue of ETO is available to read online now and it features comprehensive reports from both of October’s German trade shows. With an eye on the Christmas market we ask a number of leading distributors how retailers can profit from the season of indulgence and also provide a guide to rewarding staff, customers and suppliers for their loyalty. Also in this issue, Paul Smith concludes his Soho sojourn in which he investigates what counts as ‘kink’ in these post-FSoG days; Cara Sutra explains how bloggers can encourage their readers to come back for more; Stuart Nugent tells us why we’re all wrong for having a digital fixation; Renee Denyer takes us behind the counter of London’s iconic Sh! store; Emily Dubberley describes how retailers can use Facebook to best effect; and legal expert Andrew Moore explains what impact a new government scheme designed to help employers deal with absent staff will have on UK businesses.
