New sextech platform aims to empower adult content creators

There’s a new name in the world of sextech. SESIRE describes itself as an industry disrupting community-driven platform which aims to empower adult content creators.

The company said in its launch statement: “With the goal of addressing common challenges faced by creators on existing platforms, including issues like limited control, delayed payments, and visibility struggles, SESIRE is crafted to enable creators to monetise their content, maintain control over its distribution, and assist them in building their brand, influence, and audience.

“On SESIRE, creators have the capability to limit content access behind filters and paywalls as well as being able to attract new audiences whilst rewarding existing subscribers. Additionally, SESIRE’s discoverability feature is designed to assist emerging and undiscovered talent in building an audience.”

Co-founder, Sam Gibbon, who has a background in content licensing and distribution for global studios and has friends who were adult content creators, says he saw a massive disparity between them and the platforms they use: “In a world where platforms and creators should be partners, SESIRE is recalibrating the scales,” he said. “We’ve seen how traditional platforms often leave emerging creators in the shadows, reserving visibility and support for just a select few. That’s not a symbiotic relationship; it’s an imbalance of power.

“SESIRE is here to change that. We’re pioneering a community-driven platform that isn’t just about us—it’s about the creators. With SESIRE, creators have more ways than ever to tailor their content, make meaningful connections, and truly shape the platform’s future. Because we believe that when creators thrive, we all do.”

Sex educator Topher Taylor added: “I’m joining SESIRE because I’ve helped the company develop a system that works for sex workers and is created with a social conscience. The behaviour of other content creation platforms have left the large majority of creators with insecurity in regards to a predictable and regular income – which is unacceptable.”

SESIRE says it will continue to innovate to keep content creators in full control through initiatives such as crypto payments, increasing ways to be discovered externally to SESIRE, reducing creator burnout by making it easier to make content, and helping creators diversify their income.
