The Role
As Key Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of both existing and new business relationships, driving growth through strategic sales initiatives and professional client consulting. The position requires a confident communicator who thrives in international environments and enjoys negotiating and building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of existing customer accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention
- Drive international business development by expanding into new markets and acquiring new clients
- Build, nurture and strengthen business relationships across diverse cultural and commercial landscapes
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to inform strategic decisions
- Design and implement pricing strategies aligned with market positioning and profitability goals
- Conduct high-level negotiations with partners and clients
Candidate Profile
- Background in business administration, ideally with sales experience
- Strong interest in technical or product-driven solutions
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Fluent English is required; additional European language skills are a plus
- Carries themselves with confidence
- Willing to travel
