Aimed at experienced CBT players, the toy features smooth black acrylic plates that keep users’ testicles securely positioned for slow, even compression. Adjustable spikes on one plate can be tightened up to 15mm with the included hex wrench. Threaded bolts are designed to create smooth, predictable adjustment.
