Alterego Lingerie has announced that its new website is now up to full speed and packed with features designed to help its resellers.
Alterego operations director Gareth Laycock explained: “Following a significant investment of time and money, the new website is fully operational. I’m sure that those who remember the old website will have noticed the most changes and we hope they appreciate the new features as much as we do.”
Gareth continued: “The website is easy to navigate, simple to use, and it makes managing your own online shop more efficient. New features include order uploading, platform specific product downloads, and technical support. As part of our dedicated service to our customers we have an extensive range of resources available them to help run their businesses, including downloadable stock files to keep stock levels up to date, updated hourly, product download CSV files, and our entire portfolio of products ready for customers to upload to their own sites. We also have site-specific product downloads – these premium files are available for those wanting to have a pre-formatted file for upload to WooCommerce or Shopify websites. We also have new social media and newsletter updates with the latest stock information and product news.”
