Visitors to next month’s ETO Show are in with a chance of winning a free Google Nexus Tablet thanks to distributor Net 1on1. The company will be enticing customers onto its new-look stand with products from over 30 leading brands (see Show preview in June issue of ETO for full details) and inviting visitors to drop their business card into a tombola. Each day Net 1on1 will be drawing one card out at random and the lucky winner will receive the very desirable prize – which was selected as particularly appropriate for a technology-led company with a 100% online presence.
Emma Podmore, PR & marketing manager for Net 1on1 believes that such a simple marketing move will generate a good deal of interest at the show: “Giving away these tablets offers a great data-capture opportunity as well as generating heightened footfall to our stand which has changed greatly in layout from previous years,” she said. “Offering such high-end giveaways will speak volumes to new customers and hopefully set tongues wagging.
