Multimedia conglomerate, National A-1 Internet, the parent company of Hotmovies.com, has acquired Clips4sale.com, bringing the expertise of this leading video clip company’s owner to the HotMovies table.
Although the two companies will continue to be operated by separate management teams, it is expected that the new relationship between the two companies will be mutually beneficial.
