DocuBay, the Indian documentary streaming platform, has released Bad Toys Inc, a 45-minute film exploring India’s sex toy industry and looking into the country’s evolving attitudes towards pleasure products.
Bad Toys Inc also charts the geography of sex toys, and how every Indian region has its preference for different types of pleasure toys. From Assam embracing the most amount of BDSM gear, Mumbai seeing maximum sales of fetish products, to West Bengal being a big fan of edible underwear.
The film features interviews with leading names in the sector, including Raj Armani, co-founder and COO of IMbesharam.com, sexologist Dr Prakash Kothari, and sex coach Aili Sengetti.
