The temperature soared in Almere on 6th September when Scala Playhouse staged its Tropical Temptations themed party. The scorching stage acts featured a real boa constrictor snake and guests enjoyed complimentary tropical inspired food and drinks. Held on the evening of the first day of the Scala Fair, the company’s showroom/restaurant was transformed into an exotic destination for socialising, networking and even a spot of sexy dancing.
Two dancers brought the tropical theme to life with their sizzling moves and colourful costumes but the party really got going when the special guest was introduced; an albino boa constrictor snake that, Scala says became the subject of more selfie photos than Kim Kardashian. At least for one evening.
Besides the fabulous dancers, snake-act and delicious drinks, Scala Playhouse had also arranged its very own ‘Piano Man’ to provide some extra musical entertainment. Guests were able to submit their song requests for him and the company says his creativity was definitely put to the test with unusual requests such as ‘Enter Sandman’ by Metallica, but he managed to even make a metal song sound delicate. The next Scala Fair will take place on the 13th and 14th of March 2016.
