Full Circle and Miami Distro have promoted Jessica Sav to executive vice president of sales and marketing. Sav joined the family-owned business in 2022 and has since become an integral part of its growth and industry presence, thanks to what the brand describes as “her strategic insight and dedication to customer success”.
In her new leadership role, Sav has taken on oversight of both sales and marketing initiatives for Full Circle and Miami Distro. “There’s nothing better than working for your family and watching something grow that’s truly yours,” Sav said. “I’ve always taken pride in my work, but there’s a new level to that when it carries your name. I’m so proud of all my dad has accomplished in such a short time, and it’s a blessing to learn from him and grow as an employee under him. If you have to wake up and work every day, at least you get to do it with people you love.”
Sav also credits the broader industry community for inspiring her professional development. “This industry is filled with amazing, friendly, and professional people,” she added. “I love learning from other companies and our customers – it’s what makes this work so fulfilling.”
