Erotica, the UK’s flagship adult lifestyle event, has relaunched its website as a community hub, providing visitors with a resource centre for all things erotic.
The new site, which can be found at www.erotica-uk.com, features news, blogs from some of the industry’s leading insiders, lifestyle advice, profiles of featured authors and galleries of images from previous Erotica events.
The site has been created to provide a taste of the Erotica experience all year round and visitors will find regular competitions, humour, celebrity involvement, free giveaways, adult-interest event listings and content designed to encourage involvement.
Beatrix von Bourbon, who rose to fame performing Burlesque on Britain’s Got Talent, will be providing insight into the world of the erotic arts, The Real Hitch – host of this year’s ETO Lingerie Catwalk – will offer guidance on achieving a fulfilling sexual relationship, while sex toy consultants include Nymphomaniac Ness and Andy of Ruffled Sheets. Other contributors include Ms Double G, Gemma Goggin, erotic writing expert and author Ashley Lister and a ‘fearless and outspoken’ BDSM blogger who is a wife, mother and a sub.
Erotica spokesperson Dan Kirby said: “It has become apparent that the adult lifestyle is growing in appeal to the mainstream audience, with the widespread popularity of the Fifty Shades trilogy and social events growing in popularity. It is now time we brought the complete Erotica experience to the web.”
Erotica was first staged in 1997 and over the years it has featured guest appearances and performances from a host of celebrities and popular artistes, including Burlesque queen Dita von Teese.
