Erotic Review closes

Erotic Review Books, formerly known as The Erotic Print Society, is closing down. The company sold a wide range of erotic literature, art, photography and adult comics online and via mail order, as well as publishing The Erotic Review magazine.

The company cited the recession, Royal Mail strikes and Internet incursions on the printed book market as contributing factors in its decision to ‘throw in the towel and retire gracefully’ as it put it in its final mailing to customers in June.

The company is now running a closing down sale, where books can be bought from as little as £2 each and some items, such as packs of greetings cards, calendars and DVDs, are just 50p. It will be accepting orders up until July 15th.

The Erotic Review magazine will live on however, as an e-zine at www.eroticreviewmagazine.com and there are plans to add audio and video content, downloadable books and an archive section which will only be available to subscribers.
