The first adult B2B event to be staged in Spain took place on April 23rd and 24th and early reports suggest it was a success.
Called EroSpain, it was held at the Fira de Barcelona exhibition hall in the centre of the city, and its close proximity to so many bars, cafes, restaurants, and shops was seen as a key attraction by organisers. Isaac Fargas told ETO that Barcelona was “our first and only choice – it had to here and in the heart of the city.”
ETO publisher Lee Schofield and advertising manager Jacinta Williams attended the event, tweeting and livestreaming from the show floor. “It was a strong location and there were no complaints about the number of visitors,” said Schofield. “It seemed steady throughout. The exhibitors we spoke to were almost all positive about the show, looking to return, and were complimentary about the organisers.”
