This year’s EroSpain draws to a close today and it’s been three days of creativity, networking, laughs, conversations – basically a celebration of the industry. The expo has played host to a huge range of brands from global names to niche specialists, as well as start-ups and innovators from around the world.
Perhaps unsurprisingly, there was a real buzz surrounding the look and feel of Satisfyer’s booth and the brand’s planned worldwide investment programme. Meanwhile, over at Lovehoney’s stand, regular informative live talks kept visitors engaged as they passed by. While Intt’s super-bright, super-welcoming stand picked up this year’s award for best booth (pictured), visitors also took time to see Lelo’s F2S, Pipedream’s bestseller wall, Svakom’s “this looks like a high-end cocktail bar” booth and the pleasurably deep carpet on the Tonga stand! And of course distributors saw a steady stream of visitors – there were always loads of conversations going on at Scala, Orion, Dusedo and Net1on1 Wholesale (among others!).
But what really makes an expo exciting are the “Did you see..?” moments – the things that get everyone talking. Secret Dome’s play boxes and portable dungeons, the penis bride and groom who were “married” on Monday, Tof Paris’s sequinned male models, Saint Sual’s “big banana”, Howl lubes, Lola Games’s avocados, Tenga’s spinner, the Unihorns at Creative Conceptions, and bijoux indiscrets’ “restaurant”. (And that’s just a small sample.)
Add to the mix three nights of socialising in and around Barcelona, and you really do get to see the best of the industry.
