After a streak of coverage in mainstream media over the last few months, Doc Johnson has recently appeared in the Goop Gift Guide. The guide, titled Sex Toys (and More) for Every Type, is an annual feature on Goop.com, the website and brainchild of Gwyneth Paltrow dedicated to keeping its readership up to date with curated content and products across multiple categories such as beauty, fashion, health and many more. The guide featured two of Doc Johnson’s bestsellers, the Tryst Multi-Erogenous Silicone Massager, and the Wonderland White Wabbit 10 Function Silicone Massager.
“In order to achieve and maintain success in today’s quickly evolving digital environment, we have learned the importance of collaborating with brands like Goop, that have distinct voices and loyal, engaged audiences,” said Doc Johnson VP of sales and marketing Scott Watkins. “The ability to enhance our retail and distributor partners’ marketing mix with recommendations that drive sales and new customers, both in the short-term and even long after a story is published, has been tremendous.”
Watkins added: “Building off the incredible excitement we’ve seen from consumers and retailers via our earned media campaigns thus far, we expect this campaign to have a similarly strong influence in driving customer awareness and demand for Doc Johnson products to all of our retail and distribution partners.”
