Delight in Red Dot Awards

Fun Factory has been given a prestigious Red Dot Design Award for its Delight product.

With more than 8,000 mainstream submissions – other category winners included Wilkinson Sword and Aglis – from 60 countries, the international Red Dot Awards are seen as one of the world’s top design honours, and the award-winning products are displayed in the Red Dot Design Museum in Germany.

The Delight’s award was given in the Wellness-Accessories category, alongside only 13 other products, and the Red Dot Design Awards team said about the product: “An innovative form and a harmony of silicone and smooth, glossy, plastic materials are the most striking features of the Delight. Packaged in a shapely case with rounded edges and a contemporary look, it represents a symbiosis of elegance and functionality”

All Delight packaging will now carry the ‘Red Dot Design Award’ logo to inform customers of this achievement.

“We are so proud to be recognised by such a prestigious award, showing that sex toys are indeed becoming normal, mainstream items,” said a Fun Factory UK spokesperson. “It also shows how design is becoming more and more important in every aspect of the consumer’s life.”
