Creative Conceptions has signed exclusive distribution deals for the UK with Vush and HighOnLove. Vush is an Australian brand of pleasure products with a huge presence on social media – it has around 600k followers on Instagram – while HighOnLove specialises in cannabis oil-infused sensual cosmetic products.
“With travel and holidays still being difficult, we believe people are looking for ways to feel good in their own home and are prepared to treat themselves with feelgood brands such as Vush and HighOnLove,” Creative Conceptions co-founder Jane Bowles [pictured] told ETO.
The rapid rise of Vush was fuelled by its Majesty 2 wand featuring in rapper Cardi B’s music video, Up, earlier this year. “When we were approached by Vush there were several reasons we were really attracted to the brand,” said Bowles. “The range was nice and tight, the branding was innovative, and the products themselves oozed feelgood vibes – pardon the pun. The approach was significantly different and massively empowering, championing self-love for women.”
The full Vush range will be available from Creative Conceptions, and retailers looking to get onboard can do so without being required to make a big financial commitment: “One of the lovely aspects for the retailer of stocking Vush is that it is such a tight range with clear differences between the toys, making it easy for the consumer to understand and purchase without confusing them with too many choices,” said Bowles.
The other new-to-the-UK brand, HighOnLove, is headed up by Angela Mustone, who many ETO readers will know from her time with CalExotics.
“High On Love’s inspiration is routed in the beauty market and is perfect for today’s aspirational consumer who wants to buy a well-priced product that makes them feel good every time they use it,” explained Bowles. “It is very female centric and certainly would not look out of place in the beauty concessions in Selfridges or John Lewis. Just one look at the bestsellers such as the award-winning Stimulation Oil and must-have handbag item – the Sassy Couple Lip Gloss – is enough to make you put your hand in your pocket. The high-end packaging and unique accents on the products also make them perfect for gifting at any time of year.”
As mentioned earlier, HighOnLove’s range of sensual cosmetic products are differentiated from competitors by being cannabis-oil infused.
“Cannabis oil has incredible benefits that range from nourishing skin to improving natural lubrication and boosting bloodflow (in an intimacy product),” explained Bowles. “Our cult faves Stimulating Oil and O Gel harness both of these traits – that’s why they’re so popular – but customers also get the benefits of cannabis oil in terms of skin-softening hydration in the self-care products, such as our Sensual Bath Oil or Cannabis Body Butter.”
