Business as usual for Satisfyer

Satisfyer has issued a statement reassuring customers that, despite the current coronavirus situation, stock is fully available – indeed, production of its bestselling Pro 2 has been increased – and support staff can still be contacted.

Annika Traumann, Satisfyer’s head of sales for Western Europe, said: “Currently the coronavirus affects all of us worldwide. For us as the Satisfyer team, the health of our society, customers and employees is our top priority. Therefore, we have taken the following measures: business trips are completely suspended; all of our employees work in the home office without exception; all meetings are replaced by telephone and/or video conferences; and our team is still available for consultation at any time as usual.

“There is also no reason to worry about availability. Our orders are being processed as usual. Fortunately, all employees of our factories have resumed their work in good health and the capacity utilisation of our factories is 100% again. Our bestsellers, especially the Satisfyer Pro 2, are also immediately available. We have also been able to increase the production volume to 45,000 units of Satisfyer Pro 2 per day. Despite the increasing prices of the logistics companies, we are pleased to inform you that our shipping costs will remain unchanged (also those for air freight). We are looking forward to your order and thank you very much for your trust. Team Satisfyer wishes you good health and will be at your disposal for any questions you may have.”
