Blush has confirmed a major leadership restructure as the company continues expanding its presence. The changes include the promotion of Staci Cruse to lead U.S. sales, the appointment of Joel Castillo to oversee marketing operations, and the addition of Monica Banarsi to head financial operations.
The reorganisation follows the departure of former Senior Director of Sales Operations JoAnn DeTurris and is designed to strengthen Blush’s core business functions as the brand enters its next stage of growth.
Leading the U.S. sales team, Staci Cruse brings more than 15 years of experience in the sexual wellness industry. Her background spans retail sales, buying, management and regional sales leadership, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both retailers and consumers. As a certified sex educator, Cruse also plans to strengthen retail partnerships through education-driven initiatives designed to support long-term sales growth.
Joel Castillo will now lead marketing operations, bringing experience from premium and luxury consumer brands, including work with Hennessy and Pernod Ricard. Blush says his focus will be on expanding the company’s mainstream wellness positioning and strengthening overall brand visibility.
Meanwhile, Monica Banarsi joins the company to oversee financial operations. With more than 20 years of accounting and finance experience, Banarsi has previously held leadership roles at David Peyser Sportswear, Alcott HR Group and Travers Tool Company.
With the new leadership structure in place, Blush is aiming to further scale its operations while continuing to focus on innovation, education and consumer-driven growth within the wellness category.
