COTR founder and CEO Alicia Sinclair was named Outstanding Sexual Wellness Advocate at the AVN O Awards, her second prize of 2026 following the Sexpert of the Year title at the XBIZ Honours and Executive Awards.
The AVN O Awards’ Outstanding Sexual Wellness Advocate category recognises individuals who drive progress in the adult industry through education and advocacy.
