ABS Holdings has announced that it will be carrying the new Asylum range of psychiatric medical play and bondage accessories from Topco Sales.
“From the attention grabbing packaging, which is designed to look like individual padded cells, to the exciting products within, this is the most exciting range I’ve seen in a while,” said Glenn Wilde of ABS. “The artwork is really provocative and offers a whole ward of dark, twisted medical fun. The range includes masks, straightjackets, gags and uniforms. It comes from Topco so it is of the highest quality, and it brings a whole new dimension to playing doctors and nurses. It is eye-catching and offers something quite different from what is about at the moment.”
“The entire Topco team had a blast creating this line,” said Miranda Lancaster, product development project manager for Topco Sales. “One of the places people got really creative was in the packaging. Each product box is actually a little padded cell with a hospital-inspired, mesh patterned viewing window so you can clearly see the item inside. And we didn’t stop there – Asylum’s art features dramatic, provocative photos of twisted doctors and deranged patients in various scenarios, shot against real padded walls to add to the effect.”
