Vibez Adult Boutique in Aylesford, Kent, really went to town to celebrate Valentine’s Day and the release of the Fifty Shades Freed movie. The retailer staged a Fifty Shades Freed Sextravaganza event and guests were treated to a hog roast, lingerie catwalk, butlers in the buff, pampering sessions in the on-site salon, music from a sexy saxophonist, and free goodie bags. The event was such a success that Vibez erected marquees outside the store to accommodate all the guests.
Lovehoney, makers of the official Fifty Shades Freed collection of products, backed the promotion to drive sales at Vibez and sales consultant Laura Wood said: “We love supporting retailers with their events. It’s great to have lovely people like Tracey and her son Chris supporting our brand. The store looked amazing.”
Vibez owner Tracey Whitmore said: “Fifty Shades fever is back and it was great to capture the excitement around the new movie with a huge party for our customers. We offered a 10% discount on the day and free prosecco and we were swamped with customers looking for some fun and great bargains.”
