French lingerie designers Provocative have introduced three new collections to celebrate its tenth year, Divin, Sublime, and Chic Attitude, all of which are available now from the brand’s UK and Ireland distributor, Alterego Lingerie.
Divin, is available in black/burgundy-ish red and Alterego said of it: “The bra grasps attention with the triangle shaped eyelash lace on the cups which has intricate floral detailing and lace scalloping the edging. Underneath is a layer of mesh which protects the eyelash lace. Below the cups is a thick elasticated, non-wired under band which is in a dreamy burgundy-ish red colour. In the middle of this, a unique satin ribbon is displayed, adding a lovely little touch to the bra. Following to the back is a hook and eye feature to fasten the bra, finished with adjustable, thin satin shoulder straps. Included with the bra is a matching brief which at the back has a panel of the outstanding floral lace trim. The top of the brief is tied with fancy satin ribbon which produces a sexy little bow. Underneath sits an open panel and the front of the brief is completely plain. Inside a black cotton gusset.”
Of the Sublime collection, the company said: “Instead of the normal oval shape at the sides for the sleeve, this collection has inverted V-shapes, making this rather distinctive. The two-piece set comprises of a slinky cami top and matching brief. Made from French stretch lace, the chest overlaps in the middle and the cups subtly produce a gathering effect. The rest of the cami is finished with this gorgeous lace at the front and on the back. At the shoulder straps sits a tiny bow on either side and these straps can be adjusted. Attached is a matching lacy brief with a small complementary bow on the front, and cotton gusset on the inside. Perfect design for bridal wear, possibly more for the honeymoon though!”
Alterego said of Chic Attitude, which is available in gold and fashioned with floral lace: “Included are triangle shaped cups with lace detailing, lined with black mesh. Underneath is a sumptuous elasticated band, zig-zag stitched to perfection. Between the middle of the cups sits a romantic satin ribbon with black eyelash lace sewn on top. At the back of the chemise is small open hole detailing finished with black satin ribbons. Complete with a matching strappy thong attached to the chemise.”
