New face for Venus 2010

The organisers of Venus Berlin have revealed that the face for this year’s event will be German ‘It Girl’ Angie Katze. She will appear on posters, billboards and all advertising media from now until the start of the show, which takes place from October 21st – 24th.

“We are very excited to again have a celebrity personality under contract to represent Venus,” show manager Peter Buebel said. “Angie Katze is an asset to the show who perfectly matches our profile, and her posters are guaranteed to grab a great deal of attention.”

Cat-loving Katze is described as an assistant tax consultant by profession but is said to be wild about glamorous parties – some of which have been broadcast on German TV network RTL. She is said to have a huge fan community on Facebook, which the Venus organisers will look to tap into. However, the main focus will be on Angie’s media presence up until the start of the show, and her physical presence at Venus. She is currently being prepared for her appearance at Venus by a personal trainer, plastic surgery, catwalk training and more – all under the watchful eye of the TV cameras.
