Well that was an experience using them after Got lingerie. Used them from the word go up till they change their minimum order from £0 to £50 than to £200 and now £150 or was told to use their sister site that charge up to an extra £5 - £10 on each item that you ordered plus postage and surcharge. do did not return your calls or lied to you telling you that items have been discontinued and not in stock and when you ask their sister site they come up with the good in approx one weeks time and they got them from new temptations. never use them again
We had given Got Lingerie a fortune over the years, but pulled the Dreamgirl range when NT took over. Supply problems was the main issue and lack of clarity, what they kept "always in stock" iyems, they just could never tell you. I can understand a £50 or £100 wholesale thresshold but if £150 in now the norm that is just too much if you need an urgent order. Mind you, even the stock items took almost 5 days to arrive, which is just too slow.
If NT get their act together we would deffo do business as the dreamgirl range is a fantastic seller. Its a pity Kevco or Blue Moon did not get the agency IMHO
Completely disorganised, quick to take your money, very slow to get back to you, even slower to deliver your goods and have now put a minimum order of £150 which is too much if you need to order something in particular or miss something off your order.
It's a shame as we'd stocked Dreamgirl for over 3 years and despite losing quite a lot with Gotlingerie were prepared to carry on.
