Net 1on1 has launched a new and improved wholesale website, which it states not only looks and navigates better but also boasts brand new features for its customers too. The improvements were made in response to customers’ requests and the company believes they will give a much enhanced user experience.
The most requests received were for delivery tracking numbers in order for customers to track their parcels and for downloadable package shots. Both these things are now available.
Net 1on1 has also upgraded its free data feeds so they now show exact stock quantities, product material information and more in-depth product descriptions to refer to. Plus the checkout system is now quicker, has more options available for shipping and offers PayPal as a payment choice.
As well as the already successful forum, where customers can discuss business with other users, a blog has been added to give customers up-to-date news on events, products and deliveries. The fresher looking site also sports imagery featuring the company’s mascot, the star of its trade adverts, who Net 1on1 has nicknamed Bob.
