Planet Earth Logistics has unveiled its new trade website, www.planetearthwholesale.com, which the company says has been designed to make purchasing from the firm as simple as possible. Orders can now be placed 24 hours a day.
“For a long time now, we have focused on making our customer services as strong as possible, which is why we were nominated for customer services at this year’s ETO Awards,” said Planet Earth general manager Sam Godfrey. “Over the last six months we have been working on the website to ensure that our customers can get the same level of customer services that they would receive over the phone via the Internet. This brings a number of benefits to our customers, mainly convenience. This new site is packed with features, providing customers with everything they need to work with Planet Earth.”
The new site brings together the company’s full product catalogue with information on new ranges and Planet Earth’s latest exclusive products, providing text and image downloads to customers who want to list these products online as soon as possible. Customers can also manage payments, track orders and download marketing support materials which they can customise.
