Mail Order firm targeted by burglars

Adult mail order company Happy Bunny was hit by thieves between 11.30pm on Wednesday May 9th and 9am on the following day. They’re alleged to have made off with £11,000 worth of sex toys, transported in four large suitcases.

Numbering over 400 items, the sex toys were being stored in a flat in Gilgal, Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire.

Police in the area have already alerted local adult shops to the theft, asking then to contact the authorities if they’re offered any of the stolen items.

West Mercia Police’s PC Emma Gunnell said, “We would like to hear from anyone who saw any suspicious activity in that area overnight on Wednesday or thinks they know who was responsible. It would be quite difficult for the thieves to sell on these items in any great quantity and so we would ask people to be on the lookout for these suitcases should the thieves have dumped them. Two of the cases were black but the other two were very distinctive, one having pink and black stripes and the other a multi-coloured flower pattern all over it.”

If you’ve any information which you think may help, please contact West Mercia
officers at Kidderminster police station on 101, quoting incident reference 119-S-100512, or call the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
