Kate Hodgson-Egan, Lovehoney’s international sales manager, has recently returned from Minnesota where she filmed a live segment featuring the Fifty Shades of Grey There’s Only Sensation 24 Days of Tease countdown calendar for US home shopping network Evine. The show, which aired at midnight on Saturday 1st December, was themed around ‘The Sexiest you is…happy’ and Kate presented the 24-window calendar, filled with Lovehoney’s best selling products from the Fifty Shades of Grey Official Pleasure Collection.
Kate highlighted recent Lovehoney research that showed Christmas is the friskiest time of year for American couples with 49% of them having more sex during the festive season, and no doubt suggested that the 24 days of Tease calendar would be the perfect way for couples to enjoy the build up to Christmas Day. Also featured were the Fifty Shades of Grey Inner Goddess Balls and the Fifty Shades Freed Come to Bed Rabbit Vibrator.
Kate commented: “For a network such as Evine to be so open about featuring sex toys on a segment, shows how conversations about sex are becoming much less taboo. We were so happy to take part in this – the Fifty Shades of Grey range has done so much to open up the world of sexual happiness.”
